My Story

As a Licensed Physical Therapist & Fitness Coach


For over a decade, I’ve served older adults as a physical therapist –– from working in patients’ homes to providing care in outpatient PT clinics.Β  I love helping people recover from injury, regain mobility, and stay active while moving safely.

Over time, I’ve noticed that many of my patients want more personalized programs and ongoing guidance than traditional physical therapy could offer.Β  For many traveling to and from the gym or physical therapy clinic wasn’t just inconvenient β€” it was exhausting and often costly.
