What makes virtual physical therapy different from in-person PT?
With in-person Physical Therapy, you meet at a clinic and do your exercises under direct supervision during the session. My virtual approach is different: I design a custom program for you to follow at home, at your own pace, using what you already have. Then we meet for regular coaching calls to check your progress, make adjustments, and keep you on track.
Whatβs your approach to helping people stick with movement?
I focus on starting small, building consistency, and finding ways to fit movement into your everyday life. When we work together, weβll set realistic goals, celebrate progress, and make changes as needed so your plan stays doable and motivating for the long term.
Do I need special equipment for virtual sessions?
No, you do not. Most of my clients begin with no equipment or simple items you already have at home, like a sturdy chair or countertop. If we want to add any other equipment, Iβll guide you toward affordable, space-friendly options. (I also have an Amazon storefront of my favorites that you can check out for ideas).Β
Plan to start with just your phone or your laptop for video calls and access to your program.
Can you help me if I have multiple health conditions?
Yes, I regularly work with clients who have more than one health concern. Weβll take everything into account when building your program to ensure sure your exercises are safe, appropriate, and targeted to your priorities.

Iβm a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) with 11 years of experience in both outpatient and home health care. I specialize in working with older adults to improve strength, mobility, balance, and confidence so they can stay active and independent.
